Join the excitement of the Great Floridian Triathlon with the GFT Sprint!  This mini-triathlon is great for both first time and experienced triathletes alike.

This is your last chance to race a Sprint Triathlon in Clermont in 2024!

After the race hang around and cheer on the athletes in the longer distances! 

When:
Sunday, October 20, 2024

Where:

Waterfront Park, Clermont, Florida. Clermont is centrally located just 22 miles west of Orlando at the junction of US 27 and SR 50. Major Orlando tourist attractions are only 30 minutes away and the ocean beaches are just an hour away. Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes southeast of Clermont.

GFT Sprint Distance:

An .25 mile swim, 8.2 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run.

Eligibility:

The GFT Sprint Triathlon is open to individual triathletes ages 10 and older.  

Athlete Amenities:

Great course and race day support, gender specific event T-shirt, chip timing with live results, super cool finisher medal, great post race food, and more!

Awards: 

Commemorative awards presented to the top three overall finishers, top masters finishers, and the top three finishers in each five year age division, male and female.

Rules:

 The Great Floridian Triathlon is sanctioned by USAT Triathlon and all registrants must be a current member of USAT on race day or they will be required to renew their membership or purchase a one-day license as part of the regitration process.
